Shipping is free on orders over $100 USD (€100 in the EU, AED 370 in the UAE). Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days to major cities in the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, the UAE, and other major markets, and 7 to 10 business days elsewhere in those countries. Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days. In-stock orders usually ship within 2 business days; pre-order colors usually ship within 4 weeks, and we'll let you know if that changes.

• Items ship worldwide via our trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are shown on our FAQ page and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Import duties and taxes: where your order is subject to import duties or taxes, these are calculated and collected at checkout so that, in most destinations, nothing further is payable to the carrier on delivery. In some destinations, local customs authorities may still assess charges directly. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
• Shipping insurance: every order ships insured. If it is lost or arrives damaged in transit, we replace it or, at our option, refund you in full, at no cost to you.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.
