• Return window and condition: you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. We inspect every return on arrival. Items showing signs of wear are refused and sent back to you at your cost, except where the EU/UK right of withdrawal below applies. See the FAQ page for the current details.
• Color exchanges: one color exchange per order, requested within 30 days of your original delivery date. You send the original back at your own cost, and we ship the replacement free. Further exchanges are treated as a standard return and new order.
• Return shipping costs: except where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (in which case we cover the cost), you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise it, tell us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email to hello@karmawear.co) before the 14 days expire — you may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to. You then return the goods within 14 days. We will refund the amount you paid, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of being notified, and we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. These statutory rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, any policy stated on this site. You may try the item on as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value: $30 (or the equivalent in your currency) if it needs professional cleaning or steaming before it can be sold again, or the difference between the price you paid and its resale value if it can no longer be sold as new (for example crushed pleats, stains, or a perfume smell).
